Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy for physical items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All ebook and audiobook sales are final - no returns will be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The cost of the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Returns will need to be sent to our warehouse at the following address:

Returned items lost in shipment en route to our warehouse will not be considered for refund, so please consider sending them back via a trackable means that protects you from loss. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the item arrives in good condition we will refund your original payment method within 14 business days. If we have a current email on file, you will receive a refund receipt once the refund is processed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 21 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@collegepress.com
